First Time Senders

1. An initial order submitted by a first time sender will be limited to a minimum of Fifty (50) and a maximum of One Hundred and Fifteen (115) golf balls.

2. No golf balls should be sent to WBUGB.com without receiving an approval via email. The approval will contain an order number which needs to be shown on the package sent to WBUGB.com, as well information to obtain a pre-paid shipping label.

3. WBUGB.com will send a confirming email within two business days for all accepted orders.

4. All quality determinations and standards for golf balls are set and interpreted solely by WBUGB.com

5. If golf balls sent by a first time sender not acceptable are (because they do not meet the quality of the golf balls that are represented by the sender) WBUGB.com will return the golf balls at WBUGB.com’s cost.

6. If subsequent golf balls are sent after the initial order that do not meet the represented standards of the sender, WBUGB.com will return the golf balls at the sender’s expense.

7. First Time Sender status will be limited to one individual per household.

  Returning Users

1. Returning Users must click on the “Returning User” button and provide the information on the golf balls necessary to the “Price Calculator” and submit it to WBUGB.com

2. All potential orders are still subject to approval by WBUGB.com

3. Returning Users are responsible for shipping costs. WBUGB.com will pay $7.00 to offset shipping costs if the order is accepted.

4. Minimum order size is 230 golf balls. All orders under the minimum will not receive the shipping supplement and are subject to special approval by WBUGB.com.

5. Minimum order size can be raised when criteria determined by WBUGB.com is met.

6. If it is determined that the order is not acceptable (because they do not meet the quality represented by the sender) WBUGB.com will send an email contained their quality and total price determination. WBUGB.com will then hold the golf balls in question for a period of no more than thirty (30) days until the sender accepts WBUGB.com counter offer or makes arrangements to pay the cost of shipping the golf balls back to the sender.
