Q: How do I know I’m getting the best price for my golf balls? A: Compare our prices to other wholesalers on E-bay. Per our research, we offer the best prices especially because we do not require you to clean or sort your golf balls. |

Q: How are you able to pay top dollar when nobody else does? A: We pay top dollar for your golf balls because a large portion of our business is selling to wholesale distributors. This allows us to sell golf balls at a better than market price and pass the savings on to the consumer in the form of higher amount per golf ball. |

Q: Why is there a 115 ball limit on the first order? A: There are actually a couple of reasons why we do this for our first time customers. All initial orders from new customers have to be closely scrutinized to determine quality levels. Consequently, we can only handle a certain amount of golf balls from new customers at one time. In return, we want you to be completely comfortable with us and our business practices before you invest large amounts of your time and effort with us as well. |

Q: You said you’d pay for my first shipment of golf balls, how does that work? A: It’s actually very simple. The first step is for you to pick up a FREE Flat Rate Shipping Box at any U.S. Post Office (See Shipping Box). Once we approve your order, we will send you a shipping label via e-mail. Simply print the label out, attach it to the box of golf balls, and ship it to us at your convenience. It’s that easy! |

Q: Can I send in any golf balls? A: No. Please Do Not send Range, Practice, X-Outs, Refurbished, Logo Overruns, or any ball containing known defects. (View Acceptable Golf Balls) All other name brand golf balls are acceptable. |

Q: Do the balls I send have to be cleaned? A: Absolutely not. We are more than happy to clean the golf balls for you. However, we do highly recommend that the golf balls be cleaned enough to determine that they meet our quality standards. |

Q: I have tons of golf balls and no time to sort them. Is that okay? A: Yes. All we ask is that you identify the brand of golf ball and enter that into our calculator. We can then give you a dollar value based on the averages of the used prices of all the brands in that line. This method saves you time and makes you money. |

Q: How do I know what balls are acceptable? A: In general, we are looking for golf balls that look new or slightly used (small marks are okay). Please see the attached link for the specific guidelines. |

Q: What happens if I include balls that don’t meet the guidelines? A: Golf balls that don’t meet our quality standards will be deducted from the total number of golf balls sent and the price paid will reflect the new lower total. |

Q: How quickly will I receive my payment after my order has been accepted? A: Assuming the golf balls sent meet our quality standards, most orders will be processed within two days and payment should be received within 7-10 days. |

Q: I’ve submitted an order but it was not accepted. Is there something wrong? A: No. Because of the nature of our business, we need only certain brands of golf balls at certain times to fill orders. If your order was not accepted it because we were not in need of those golf balls at the moment. However, the higher quality of golf balls submitted, the greater the acceptance rate. |
